If I had to narrow it down, the single most influential person these part 4 years has to be my older brother. Ever since I entered high school, he’s been telling me stories of what he regretted and what he enjoyed. He told me all of his experiences, what to avoid, and what I should think about doing. To be completely honest, my brother was the one who started my high school journey. In the summer entering freshmen year, my brother told me that I had to join homecoming. I wasn’t too fond on that idea, but I joined anyways. I wasn’t as involved as others were, but I made new friends. Soon enough, I got more and more involved in homecoming and other school activities. My brother didn’t just encourage me in school events, he was pretty much my cheerleader and mentor in things that weren’t academic.
